《GB/T 699-2015优质碳素结构钢》由TC183(全国钢标准化技术委员会)归口,TC183SC16(全国钢标准化技术委员会特殊钢分会)执行,主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本标准规定了优质碳素结构钢棒材的分类与代号,订货内容,尺寸、外形及重量,技术要求,试验方法,检验规则,包装、标志和质量证明书。
本标准适用于公称直径或厚度不大于250 mm热轧和锻制优质碳素结构钢棒材。经供需双方协商,也可供应公称直径或厚度大于250 mm热轧和锻制优质碳素结构钢棒材。
本标准所规定牌号及化学成分也适用于钢锭、钢坯、其他截面的钢材及其制品。


1 Scope

This standard specifies classification and code, order contents, size, shape and weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as packaging, marking and quality certificate of quality carbon structure steel bars.
This standard is applicable to the hot-rolled and forged quality carbon structure steel bars with nominal diameter or thickness not greater than 250mm. The hot-rolled and forged quality carbon structure steel bars with the nominal diameter or thickness greater than 250mm may also be provided basing on the agreement of both the Supplier and the Purchaser.
The grade and chemical composition specified in this standard are also applicable to steel ingot, steel billet, steel products with other sections and their products.
