GB/T 19674的本部分规定了带GB/T 193螺纹和用金属对金属密封的重载（S系列）、轻载（L系列）和超轻载（LL系列）柱端的尺寸、性能要求和试验方法，还规定了柱端的标记。这些柱端不能在密封的液压动力系统中使用，如果重复使用，它们可能泄漏。符合本部分的柱端，LL系列使用的最高工作压力为10 MPa;L系列使用的最高工作压力为25MPa;S系列适用的最高工作压力为40MPa。许用工作压力应根据柱端的尺寸、材料、工艺、工况、用途等来确定。符合本部分的尺寸数据，并不是评定设计性能的保证书。每一个制造商都应该根据本部分中的规定做试验，以保证该件符合设计规定的指标。

Scope

This part of GB/T 19674 specifies the dimensions, performance requirements and specifications of heavy-duty (S series), light-duty (L series) and ultra-light-duty (LL series) column ends with GB/T 193 threads and metal-to-metal seals. The test method also specifies the marking of the column end. These column ends cannot be used in sealed hydraulic power systems and they may leak if reused. For column ends that comply with this part, the applicable maximum working pressure of LL series is 10MPa; the applicable maximum working pressure of L series is 25MPa; the applicable maximum working pressure of S series is 40MPa. The allowable working pressure should be determined according to the size, material, process, working condition and purpose of the column end. Dimensional data conforming to this standard is not a guarantee of performance of the assessed design. Each manufacturer shall conduct tests in accordance with the provisions of this part to ensure that the component meets the performance specifications specified in the design.
