本标准规定了接收固体介质表面弹性波的声发射传感器的一种二级校准方法。本标准适用于实验室的三级标准传感器和用于检测的传感器的校准。本校准给出了传感器对声发射工作中常见的瑞利波产生的频率响应。校准用信号源和待检传感器(SUT)安装在试块的同一个表面上。传感器的灵敏度是由100 kHz到1 MHz范围内的激励所确定。频率分辨率约为10kHz。校准单位是伏特每机械输入(位移、速度或加速度)。

Scope

This standard specifies a secondary calibration method for acoustic emission sensors that receive surface elastic waves in solid media. This standard applies to the calibration of the laboratory's tertiary standard sensors and sensors used for detection. This standard gives the frequency response of sensors to Rayleigh waves which are common in acoustic emission work. The signal source for calibration and the sensor under test (SUT) are mounted on the same surface of the test block. The sensitivity of the sensor is determined by excitation in the range of 100kHz to 1MHz. The frequency resolution is about 10kHz. Calibration units are volts per mechanical input (displacement, velocity or acceleration).
