《GB/T 19810-2005聚乙烯(PE)管材和管件 热熔对接接头 拉伸强度和破坏形式的测定》由TC48(全国塑料制品标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国轻工业联合会
本标准规定了测定聚乙烯(PE)热熔对接组件的拉伸强度和拉伸破坏形式的试验方法。本方法适用于公称外径不小于90 mm的聚乙烯(PE)管材与管材或管材与管件插口端的热熔对接接头。本方法可以与其他测试方法结合使用,来判定对熔焊接接头的质量。


Scope

This standard specifies the test methods for determining the tensile strength and tensile failure mode of polyethylene (PE) hot-melt butt joint components. This method is applicable to hot-melt butt joints between polyethylene (PE) pipes and pipes or pipes and pipe fittings with a nominal outer diameter of not less than 90 mm. This method can be used in combination with other test methods to determine the quality of butt fusion welded joints.
