Scope
This standard specifies the scope of production of Fuling pickled mustard, terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels and packaging, transportation, and storage. This standard is applicable to Fuling pickled mustard approved for protection by the national quality technical supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
