《GB/T 19954.2-2005电磁兼容 专业用途的音频、视频、音视频和娱乐场所灯光控制设备产品类标准 第2部分: 抗扰度》由TC79（全国无线电干扰标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
GB/T 1 9954《电磁兼容 专业用途的音频、视频、音视频和娱乐场所灯光控制设备的产品类标准》分为以下两部分：――第1部分：发射；――第2部分：抗扰度。本部分为GB/T 19954―2005的第2部分。本部分修改采用EN 55103-2：1996《电磁兼容专业用途的青频、视频、音视频和娱乐场所灯光控制没备的产品类标准第2部分：抗扰度》。本部分与EN 551 03 2：1 996的主要差异：我国的广播制式和频率划分与欧洲不完全相同，这些差异在引用标准GB/T 9383中体现。

Scope

This part of GB/T 19954 applies to the electromagnetic environment described in Chapter 4 and professional audio, video, equipment and lighting control equipment for entertainment venues defined in Chapter 3, including digital equipment defined in 3.5 and components defined in 6.4. The frequency range of the disturbance signal is 0 Hz to 400 GHz, but there is no requirement for the entire frequency band. Fault conditions of the disturbing source or disturbed equipment are not considered. Equipment defined in 3.4, 3.5 and 3.6 may operate on any form of power supply. This section does not apply to: consumer electronics; specially designed security system equipment. This part specifies the immunity test requirements, test signals, performance criteria and test methods for equipment, covering electromagnetic immunity to continuous, transient, conducted and radiated electromagnetic disturbances, including electrostatic discharge. These requirements represent the necessary electromagnetic compatibility requirements.
