Scope

This part of GB/T 20002 provides guidance for dealing with environmental issues in product standards. This section is mainly applicable to the compilation of environmental content in product standards. This section does not include occupational health and safety or consumer safety issues as specific aspects of the product life cycle, except where closely related to environmental issues. Standards drafters can find guidance and methods for addressing such issues in other guides.
