《GB/T 20127.11-2006钢铁及合金 痕量元素的测定 第11部分:电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定铟和铊含量》由TC183(全国钢标准化技术委员会)归口,TC183SC5(全国钢标准化技术委员会钢铁及合金化学成份测定分会)执行,主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本标准规定了用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定铟和铊含量的方法,适用于高温合金中质量分数为0.000010%~0.010%的铟含量、质量分数为0.000010%~0.010%的铊含量的测定。


Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of indium and thallium content by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. This part is applicable to the determination of 0.000010% to 0.010% indium content and 0.000010% to 0.010% thallium content in superalloys.
