《GB/T 20138-2006电器设备外壳对外界机械碰撞的防护等级(IK代码)》由TC26(全国旋转电机标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准等同采用IEC 62262:2002。 本标准规定了电器设备外壳对外界机械碰撞的防护等级,适用于额定电压不超过72.5kV的电器设备外壳机械碰撞的防护分级。


Scope

This standard applies to the protection classification of the enclosure of electrical equipment with a rated voltage not exceeding 72.5kV against external mechanical impact. This standard is only applicable to enclosures that have special requirements for the classification of external mechanical impact protection. The purpose of this standard is to specify: a) the definition of the degree of protection for the enclosure of electrical equipment to protect the internal equipment from harmful effects caused by mechanical impact; b) the marking of the protection level; c) the requirements for each marking; d) for The tests that should be carried out to confirm whether the enclosure complies with the requirements of this standard. Each technical committee still has the authority to determine the extent and manner of adopting this classification method in the standards it develops, and to define the "enclosure" of the equipment under its jurisdiction. However, for any designated classification, the test shall not deviate from the provisions of this standard. If necessary, supplementary requirements can be added to the corresponding product standards. For some specific types of equipment, on the premise of ensuring the same safety protection level, the product technical committee may stipulate different requirements. This standard only stipulates that the intended use can meet the requirements of the corresponding product standards in any other aspects, and from the perspective of materials and workmanship, under normal use conditions, the enclosure should ensure the indicated protection level. This standard also applies to empty enclosures, as long as the shiny surface meets the routine test requirements and the selected degree of protection is suitable for this type of equipment.
