《GB/T 20140-2016隐极同步发电机定子绕组端部动态特性和振动测量方法及评定》由TC511(全国大型发电机标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
Scope
This standard specifies the method and evaluation criteria for the dynamic characteristics and vibration measurement of the stator winding end of the secluded pole synchronous generator. This standard applies to 4-pole hidden-pole synchronous generators with rated power of 200 MW and above, rated speeds of 1500 r/min and 1800 r/min, and 2-pole synchronous generators with rated speeds of 3000 r/min and 3600 r/min Very hidden pole synchronous generator. The dynamic characteristics of the stator winding ends should be measured for the hidden pole synchronous generator before leaving the factory, when a new machine is handed over, when abnormal conditions occur during operation (for example, coil wear or looseness, etc.), and during overhaul inspection. During the type test of the secluded pole synchronous generator, serious looseness occurs at the end of the stator winding, and there is an unqualified mode of the elliptical or four-lobe mode at the end of the winding, it is advisable to perform vibration measurement on the end of the stator winding. The hidden pole synchronous generators below 200 MW can refer to this standard.
