本标准规定了用横摆平面抛光机测定稀土抛光粉的抛蚀量。本标准适用于以铈基稀土为主的稀土抛光粉抛蚀量的测定。测定范围0.01mg/(cm2・min)~0.50mg/cm2・min)。


Scope

This standard stipulates the determination of the throwing amount of rare earth polishing powder with a pendulum plane polishing machine. This standard applies to the determination of the abrasiveness of rare earth polishing powders mainly based on cerium-based rare earths. Measuring range: 0.01mg/(cm2·min)~0.50mg/(cm2·min).
