《GB/T 20188-2006小麦粉中溴酸盐的测定 离子色谱法》由TC270(全国粮油标准化技术委员会)归口,TC270SC1(全国粮油标准化技术委员会原粮及制品分会)执行,主管部门为国家粮食和物资储备局。
本标准规定了采用离子色谱测定小麦粉和小麦粉品质改良剂巾溴酸盐的原理、试剂和材料、仪器、样品制备、离子色谱测定、计算及精密度。本标准适用于小麦粉和小麦粉品质改良剂中溴酸盐的测定。


Scope

This standard specifies the principle, reagents and materials, instruments, sample preparation, ion chromatography determination, calculation and precision of bromate determination in wheat flour and wheat flour quality improver by ion chromatography. This standard applies to the determination of bromate in wheat flour and wheat flour quality improvers. The detection limit of this standard is 0.5mg/kg (based on BrO3-).
