《GB/T 20219-2006喷涂硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料》由TC48（全国塑料制品标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了喷涂用硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的术语和定义、分类、性能要求、试验方法、检验规则、试验报告。本标准适用于建筑物隔热用现场喷涂施工的硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料。本标准不适用于单组分湿气固化材料。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, performance requirements, test methods, inspection rules and test reports of rigid polyurethane foam for spraying. This standard applies to rigid polyurethane foam plastics that are sprayed on-site for thermal insulation of buildings. This standard does not apply to one-component moisture-curing materials. The performance of rigid polyurethane foam formed by spraying will change significantly with the change of spraying raw materials, construction technology, site environment during spraying and other factors. This standard specifies index requirements only for selected properties. The above indicators can be used for the quality control of materials manufactured in accordance with this standard, and for the management of the suitability of specified foam materials, if the samples are prepared in the field or according to the actual conditions in the field. The range values specified in this standard cannot be used to provide design data. This standard does not include the following factors: (without limitation), but prudent designers and standard developers should consider this. The use temperature is usually lower than the ambient temperature for the required moisture barrier. Fire-resistant coatings required to comply with industry or local standards. For applications requiring weather resistant coatings. Instructions in the (raw material) supplier's product manual and other suggestions or regulations on the safe use of raw materials and safe spraying that must be followed in order not to endanger the health and safety of the construction site and other personnel. When this material is used at temperatures below ambient, it is recommended that an appropriate moisture barrier be applied. Other weather resistant coatings may sometimes be required depending on the application.
