《GB/T 20221-2006无压埋地排污、排水用硬聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)管材》由TC48(全国塑料制品标准化技术委员会)归口,TC48SC3(全国塑料制品标准化技术委员会塑料管材、管件及阀门分会)执行,主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了以聚氯乙烯树脂为主要原料,经挤出成型的无压埋地排污、排水用硬聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)管材的材料、产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、运输、贮存。本标准适用于外径从(110-1000)mm的弹性密封圈连接和外径从(110-200)mm的粘接式连接的无压埋地排污、排水用管材。在考虑了材料的耐化学性和耐热性条件下,也可用于工业用无压埋地排污管材。本标准不适用于建筑内埋地的排污、排水PVC-U管道系统。


Scope

This standard specifies the material, product classification and technology of rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) pipes (hereinafter referred to as "pipes") for non-pressure buried sewage and drainage with polyvinyl chloride resin as the main raw material and extruded. Requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, transportation, storage. This standard applies to pipes for non-pressure buried sewage and drainage pipes connected by elastic sealing rings with an outer diameter of (110-1000) mm and adhesive connections with an outer diameter of (110-200) mm. Under chemical and heat resistance conditions, it can also be used for industrial non-pressure buried sewage pipes. This standard does not apply to PVC-U piping systems for sewage and drainage buried in buildings.
