《GB/T 20236-2015非金属材料的聚光加速户外暴露试验方法》由TC8(全国电工电子产品环境条件与环境试验标准化技术委员会)归口,TC8SC2(全国电工电子产品环境条件与环境试验标准化技术委员会气候环境试验分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了利用由菲涅耳(Fresnel)反射系统构成的加速户外暴露试验设备进行非金属材料加速户外暴露试验的方法,同时给出了所使用的设备(见图1和图2)以及设备的使用导则。本标准还规定了设备和方法可用于确定暴露于日光、热和潮湿下的材料的相对耐久性,前提是假设试验期间发生的对材料加速老化速率起决定性作用的物理和(或)化学变化机理没有太大的不同。同时规定了统一的试样安装方法和试验过程中的维护程序,也给出了设备和反射系统的维护程序。
本标准适用于满足8.2及8.3尺寸要求的试样。
本标准没有给出针对具体材料的最适宜的试验条件,而仅限于测量方法和过程控制。针对具体材料的试样的准备、试验条件和结果评价可参照已有的标准和规范。


Scope

This standard specifies the accelerated outdoor exposure test method for non-metallic materials using accelerated outdoor exposure test equipment composed of Fresnel (Fresnel) reflection system, and gives the equipment used (see Figure 1 and Figure 2) and equipment guidelines for use. This standard also specifies the equipment and methods that can be used to determine the relative durability of materials exposed to sunlight, heat and humidity, provided that the mechanism of physical and/or chemical changes occurring during the test is assumed to be decisive for the accelerated aging rate of the material Not much different. At the same time, it stipulates a unified sample installation method and maintenance procedures during the test process, and also provides maintenance procedures for equipment and reflection systems. This standard applies to specimens meeting the dimensional requirements of 8.2 and 8.3. This standard does not give the most suitable test conditions for specific materials, but is limited to measurement methods and process control. The preparation of samples for specific materials, test conditions and result evaluation can refer to existing standards and specifications.
