Introduction
1. Standard Overview
GB/T 2032—2018 Marine Flange Fire Hydrant standard replaces the previous GB/T2032—1993. The main updates include the modification of nominal pressure, the addition of stainless steel material and inverted sealing structure.
2. Classification and marking

3. Material requirements
Main materials:
- Body and cover: stainless steel (06Cr17Ni14Mo2), aluminum bronze (QA19-2)
- Stem: stainless steel (06Cr17Ni14Mo2)
- Fire joint and cover: cast silicon brass (ZCuZn16Si4)
4. Manufacturing tolerance and shape and position requirements
The wall thickness of the fire hydrant conforms to CB/T3927, and the unnoted linear dimension tolerance is grade m in GB/T1804-2000. The geometric tolerances comply with the K-level requirements in GB/T1184-1996.
5. Inspection and testing
- Strength test:The valve body has no leakage at 1.5 times the working pressure.
- Sealing requirements:The leakage of the valve disc and packing cavity is limited to $(0.01\times\mathrm{DN})$ mm³/s at 1.1 times the pressure.
- Interface standard:The A-type fire-fighting joint and C-type cover design of GB/T 2031-2018 are adopted.
