Scope
This standard specifies the scope of protection, terms and definitions, planting environment and production, quality requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of Zhongmu white garlic geographical indication products. This standard is applicable to Zhongmu large white garlic approved for protection by the national quality supervision administrative department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
