本标准根据《地理标志产品保护规定》和ＧＢ／Ｔ１７９２４《地理标志产品标准通用要求》制定。 本标准规定了金乡大蒜的术语和定义、地理标志产品保护范围、要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志、运输和贮存。本标准适用于国家质量监督检验检疫总局根据《地理标志产品保护规定》批准保护的金乡大蒜。
Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of Jinxiang garlic, the scope of protection of geographical indication products, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage. This standard applies to the Jinxiang garlic approved for protection by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
