《GB/T 211-2007煤中全水分的测定方法》由TC42（全国煤炭标准化技术委员会）归口，TC42SC1（全国煤炭标准化技术委员会煤炭检测分会）执行，主管部门为中国煤炭工业协会。
本标准规定了测定煤中全水分的试剂、仪器设备、操作步骤、结果计算及精密度。在氮气流中干燥的方式(方法A1和方法B1)适用于所有煤种；在空气流中干燥的方式(方法A2和方法B2)适用于烟煤和无烟煤；微波干燥法（方法C）适用于烟煤和褐煤。以方法A1作为仲裁方法。

This standard specifies the reagent, apparatus, procedures, result calculation and precision for the determination of total moisture in coal.
The methods of drying under nitrogen (Method A1 and B1) are applicable to all types of coals, the method of drying in air (Method A2 and B2) are applicable to bitumite and blind coal and the method of drying by microwave is applicable to bitumite and lignite.
Method A1 shall be the arbitration method.
