《GB/T 21207-2007低压开关设备和控制设备入网工业设备描述的基本原则》由TC189（全国低压电器标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准等同采用IEC/TS 61915：2003，规定了低压开关设备和控制设备接入网络工业设备的通用模型框架，并提供了一个形成这种描述的、独立于所用网络的模板。

Scope

This standard specifies a general model framework for industrial devices connected to a network and provides a model for forming such a description, independent of the network used.
