《GB/T 21210-2016单速三相笼型感应电动机起动性能》由TC26(全国旋转电机标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
Scope
This standard specifies 8 design parameters for the starting performance of 50Hz or 60Hz single-speed three-phase cage induction motors. The motor shall comply with the IEC60034 1 standard, and ●rated voltage shall not exceed 1000V; ●●● direct start or star-delta start; based on S1 working system; may have any kind of protection level and explosion-proof level. This standard also applies to dual-voltage motors with the same degree of magnetic saturation at both voltages. The torque values, apparent power values and current values given in this standard are limit values (minimum or maximum values, without tolerance). Note 1: This standard does not require each manufacturer to produce motors with all these 8 designs, and any design selected according to this standard will be negotiated between the manufacturer and the user. Note 2: Motors for special purposes may not follow the above 8 design requirements. Note 3: It should be noted that the values given by the manufacturer on the sample may include tolerances, and the tolerances shall comply with the provisions of the IEC60034-1 standard. Note 4: The locked rotor apparent power listed in the attached table corresponds to the symmetrical steady state current rms when the rotor is locked. When the motor is connected to the current, there will be an asymmetrical instantaneous peak current of 0.5 cycles, which is 1.8 to 2.8 times of the steady state value. The peak value and decay time of this current are a function of the motor design and closing phase angle.
