《GB/T 21419-2008电力变压器、电源装置、电抗器和类似产品 电磁兼容（EMC）要求》由TC44（全国变压器标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准适用于ＩＥＣ６０９８９和ＧＢ１９２１２所包括的独立绕组变压器、电抗器和电源装置。本标准规定
了频率范围为０Ｈｚ～１０００ ＭＨｚ的发射与抗扰度的电磁兼容要求。

Scope

This standard applies to independent winding transformers, reactors and power supply units included in IEC 60989 and GB 19212. This standard specifies the electromagnetic compatibility requirements for emission and immunity in the frequency range of 0Hz to 1000MHz. For transformers, reactors and power supply units that are supplied together with electrical appliances or electrical equipment or used in conjunction with electrical appliances or electrical equipment, they shall meet the requirements of the relevant standards applicable to the electrical appliances or electrical equipment. However, this standard can be used as a guide for the separate tests of transformers, reactors and power supply units used in conjunction with them before they are installed in electrical appliances or electrical equipment. This standard only deals with performance, and the abnormal operation of transformers, reactors and power supply units (for example: for test purposes, simulating faults in circuits or checking the influence of electromagnetic phenomena on their functional safety) is not considered in this standard. This standard does not apply to: - motor-generator sets; - uninterruptible power supply units (UPS) included in IEC 62040; power supply units included in IEC 61204 (ie IEC 60950, IEC 61010-1, IEC DC-to-DC converters, DC power and distribution equipment and power supply units included in the IEC 60065 standard); - step-down converters included in IEC 61347-1 and IEC 61347-2-2; - IEC 61347-2 -2 includes power supplies and converters used with or within the product.
