《GB/T 21468-2008托盘堆垛车和高起升平台堆垛车 稳定性试验》由604-1（中国机械工业联合会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了验证步行式和乘驾式托盘堆垛车和高起升平台堆垛车稳定性的基本试验。本标准适用于额定起重量不大于5000kg，门架、载货平台、货叉可倾斜或不可倾斜的堆垛车和搬运车。也适用于在相同工作条件下装有载荷搬运属具的车辆。本标准不适用与带有可伸缩装置的车辆，也不适用于搬运可自由摆动的可悬吊载荷的车辆

Scope

This standard specifies the basic tests for verifying the stability of walk-behind and ride-on pallet trucks and high-lift platform trucks. This standard is applicable to stacker trucks and moving trucks with a rated lifting capacity not greater than 5,000 kg, and whose mast, loading platform, and fork can be tilted or not. Also suitable for vehicles fitted with load handling attachments under the same operating conditions. This standard does not apply to vehicles with retractable devices (such as masts or forks), nor to vehicles handling suspended loads that can swing freely.
