本标准为首次制定。本标准规定了柔性、复合、刚性塑料和金属危险品中型散装容器顶部提升试验的设备、试样数量、试样准备、试验步骤及试验报告。本标准适用于柔性、复合、刚性塑料和金属危险品中型散装容器的顶部提升试验。 本标准对应于联合国《关于危险货物运输的建议书 规章范本》，与其一致性程度为非等效。其有关技术内容与上述手册完全一致，在标准文本格式上按ＧＢ／Ｔ１．１―２０００做了编辑性修改。
Scope
