《GB/T 21613-2008危险品自加速分解温度试验方法》由TC251（全国危险化学品管理标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准为首次制定。本标准规定了危险品自加速分解温度试验的设备和试验步骤及试验报告。本标准适用于确定物质在特定包装件中发生自加速分解的最低恒定环境温度。本标准对应于联合国《关于危险货物运输的建议书　规章范本》和联合国《关于危险货物运输的建议书　试验和标准手册》，与其一致性程度为非等效。其有关技术内容与上述手册完全一致，在标准文本格式上按ＧＢ／Ｔ１．１―２０００做了编辑性修改。

Scope

This standard specifies the equipment, test procedures and test report for self-accelerating decomposition temperature test of dangerous goods. This standard applies to the determination of the lowest constant ambient temperature at which self-accelerating decomposition of a substance occurs in a particular package.
