《GB/T 21623-2008危险品易燃黏性液体黏度试验方法》由TC251（全国危险化学品管理标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准为首次制定。本标准规定了黏性液体的黏度试验的仪器与设备、操作步骤和结果的表示。本标准适用于油漆、搪瓷、清漆、胶黏剂和抛光剂等闪点低于23℃的黏性液体。本标准对应于联合国《关于危险货物运输的建议书：试验和标准手册》（第四修订版），与其一致性程度为非等效。本标准有关技术内容与上述手册完全一致，在标准文本格式上按ＧＢ／Ｔ１．１―２０００做了编辑性修改。

Scope

This standard specifies the instruments and equipment, operating procedures and presentation of results for viscosity testing of viscous liquids. This standard applies to paints, enamels, varnishes, adhesives and polishes and other viscous liquids with a flash point below 23°C.
