Scope
This standard specifies the definition, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labels, packaging, storage and transportation of quick-frozen breaded shrimp. This standard is applicable to quick-frozen products or pre-fried products that are fresh or quick-frozen shrimps, windtail shrimps, butterfly shrimps, shrimp balls, etc. that are breaded or battered.
