本标准规定了住宅小区安全防范系统的通用技术要求，是住宅小区安全防范系统设计、施工的基本依据。
本标准适用于新建、改建、扩建的住宅小区安全防范系统。单幢、多幢住宅楼、公寓、别墅群的安全防范系统可参照执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the general technical requirements for security systems in residential quarters, and is the basic basis for the design and construction of security systems in residential areas. This standard applies to the security system of newly built, rebuilt and expanded residential quarters. The safety protection system of a single building, multiple residential buildings, apartments, and villas can be implemented as a reference.
