《GB/T 21775-2008闪点的测定 闭杯平衡法》由TC251(全国危险化学品管理标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准是首次发布。本标准规定了色漆、清漆、色漆基料、溶剂、石油或相关产品闪点的一种测定方法。本标准不适用于测定水性涂料,水性涂料的测定可采用ISO 3679的方法。 本标准等同采用ISO 1523:2002《闪点的测定 闭杯平衡法》(英文版)。


Scope

This standard specifies a method for the determination of the flash point of paints, varnishes, paint bases, solvents, petroleum or related products. This standard is not suitable for the determination of water-based paints, and the method of ISO 3679 can be used for the determination of water-based paints. The applicable temperature range of this standard varies according to the instruments used, from -30°C to 110°C (see Table 1). Caution should be exercised in the results obtained with mixed solvents containing halogenated hydrocarbons, as these mixed solvents may give irregular results.
