本标准规定了化学品生物富集流水式鱼类试验的方法概述、试验准备、试验程序、质量保证与质量控制、数据与报告。
本标准适用于测试与评价gPow值在1.5~6.0之间的稳定的有机化学品的生物富集性，也适用于测试与评价1gPow＞6.0的高度亲脂性的物质的生物富集性。

Scope

This standard specifies the method overview, test preparation, test procedure, quality assurance and quality control, data and report of chemical bioconcentration flow-through fish test. This standard is suitable for testing and evaluating the bioaccumulation of stable organic chemicals with IgP values between 1.5 and 6.0, and also for testing and evaluating the bioaccumulation of highly lipophilic substances with IgP>6.0.
