《GB/T 21867.2-2008颜料和体质颜料 分散性的评定方法 第2部分:由研磨细度的变化进行评定》由TC5（全国涂料和颜料标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本部分是ＧＢ／Ｔ２１８６７《颜料和体质颜料 分散性的评定方法》系列国家标准之一，下面列出了系列国家标准的结构及其对应的国际标准：
―――第１部分：由着色颜料的着色力变化进行评定（ＩＳＯ８７８１-１：１９９０）；
―――第２部分：由研磨细度的变化进行评定（ＩＳＯ８７８１-２：１９９０）；
―――第３部分：由光泽的变化进行评定（ＩＳＯ８７８１-３：１９９０）。
本部分为ＧＢ／Ｔ２１８６７的第２部分。本部分规定了根据研磨细度来评定颜料分散性的方法。本部分应与GB/T 21868.1-2008一起阅读。本方法一般适用于同类颜料的比较，例如试验颜料与商定的参照颜料进行比较。
Scope
This standard specifies the method for evaluating the dispersibility of pigments according to the fineness of grinding. This part should be read together with GB/T 21868.1-2008. The method is generally applicable to comparisons of like pigments, eg a test pigment with an agreed reference pigment.
