《GB/T 21939-2008土方机械 低速机器报警装置 超声波及其它系统》由TC334（全国土方机械标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了用于评价监测系统性能的方法、机器倒车时后方最小监测范围、司机的视觉和听觉信息以及系统的自检特性。
本标准适用于GB/T8498中定义的倒车速度小于等于5km/h,且视野符合GB/T16937.2-1997中的侧后视范围能见度类别Ⅲ (见GB/T16937.2-1997 中4.4.3)和后视范围能见度类别Ⅲ (见GB/T16937.2-1997中4.5.3)的机器。
Scope
This standard specifies the method used to evaluate the performance of the monitoring system, the minimum rear monitoring range when the machine is reversing, the driver's visual and auditory information, and the self-test characteristics of the system. This standard applies to the reversing speed defined in GB/T 8498 is less than or equal to 5km/h, and the field of vision complies with the visibility category III of the side rear view range in GB/T 16937.2-1997 (see 4.4.3 in GB/T 16937.2-1997) and machines with visibility category III in the rear sight range (see 4.5.3 in GB/T 16937.2-1997).
