《GB/T 22159.1-2012声学与振动 弹性元件振动-声传递特性实验室测量方法 第1部分:原理与指南》由TC17(全国声学标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国科学院。
Scope
This part of GB/T 22159 specifies the principle of applying GB/T 22159.2, GB/T 22159.3, GB/T 22159.4 and GB/T 22159.5 to measure the transfer characteristics of elastic elements in the laboratory, and provides help for the selection of appropriate standards. Partially applicable to elastic elements used to reduce the transmission of the following vibrations: a) the transmission of audio frequency vibrations (structure-borne sound at 20 Hz to 20 kHz) to the structure, which may cause the structure to radiate fluid sound (such as air sound, water sound or other media) sound); b) the transmission of low-frequency vibration (usually between 1 Hz and 80 Hz), such as it will affect the human body, or may cause damage to the structure when the vibration is too severe. This part gives a brief introduction to the test method, and in GB/T 22159.2, GB/T 22159.3, GB/T 22159.4 and GB/T 22159.5 have made further elaborations, and the measurement data obtained by using these test methods can be used for: --Product information provided by manufacturers and suppliers; --Information required in the product development process; --Product quality control; --Calculating the vibration transmission through the elastic element and ensuring the validity of the test method are as follows: a) The vibration characteristic of the elastic element is linear (including the static load deformation characteristic is nonlinear elastic element, but under a given static preload, the element needs to have approximately linear vibration characteristics); b) The contact interface between the vibration isolator and the adjacent vibration source and receiving structure can be simplified as a point contact ,
