《GB/T 22159.2-2012声学与振动 弹性元件振动-声传递特性实验室测量方法 第2部分:弹性支撑件平动动刚度的直接测量方法》由TC17(全国声学标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国科学院。
Scope
This part of GB/T 22159 specifies the method for the determination of the translational dynamic stiffness of elastic supports under a given preload. This method involves laboratory measurement of input vibration and retarded output force, and is called "direct measurement method". The methods in this section are applicable to test components with parallel flanges (see Figure 1). The elastic components targeted in this section are mainly used to reduce: a) the low frequency range of audible sound (typical values are between 20 Hz and 500 Hz) The vibration of the structure propagates to the structure, which can cause the structure to sometimes radiate unwanted fluid sound (such as air sound, water sound or sound from other media), b) the propagation of low-frequency vibration (typically between 1 Hz and 80 Hz) can Acting on the human body, or when the vibration is very severe, it can cause damage to components of any size. This part covers the translational measurement perpendicular to and parallel to the flange of the component under test. The frequency range applicable to the direct measurement method is 1 Hz~fUL, fUL usually depends on the test system, the measurement data obtained by using the method in this part can be used for: -- product information provided by manufacturers and suppliers; -- product development Information required in the process;--Product quality control;--Calculation of vibration energy transfer through the vibration isolator,
