《GB/T 22225-2008化学品危险性评价通则》由TC251（全国危险化学品管理标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了化学品危险性评价的术语和定义、评价程序及评价化学品的范围。本标准适用于化学品生产单位和进口单位对其生产或进口的化学品进行危险性评价。本标准不适用于放射性化学品、化妆品、医药、兽药、军用化学品及聚合物，但聚合物中含有本标准规定量的未聚合单体时，需对单体进行评价。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of chemical hazard assessment, assessment procedures and the scope of chemical assessment. This standard is applicable to chemical production units and importing units to conduct risk assessment of the chemicals they produce or import. The chemicals evaluated by this standard are chemicals that are substances. This standard does not apply to radioactive chemicals, cosmetics, medicines, veterinary drugs, military chemicals and polymers, but when the polymer contains unpolymerized monomers specified in this standard, the monomers need to be evaluated.
