本标准为首次发布。本标准规定了食品中阿斯巴甜的测定方法。
本标准适用于碳酸饮料、乳饮料、浓缩果汁和固体饮料中阿斯巴甜的测定。
Scope
This standard specifies the method for the determination of aspartame in food. This standard applies to the determination of aspartame in carbonated beverages, milk beverages, concentrated fruit juices and solid beverages. When the sample weight is 5g, the constant volume is 25mL, and the injection volume is 20µL, the detection limit of the method is 0.002g/kg, the limit of quantification is 0.006g/kg, and the linear range of the method is: 25 µg/mL～500µg /mL.
