《GB/T 22264.5-2008安装式数字显示电测量仪表 第5部分：相位表和功率因数表的特殊要求》由TC104（全国电工仪器仪表标准化技术委员会）归口，TC104SC2（全国电工仪器仪表标准化技术委员会电工和电磁量测量设备分会）执行，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本部分是首次发布。
GB/T 22264《安装式数字显示电测量仪表》由8个部分组成，本部分是GB/T 22264的第5部分。本部分与GB/T 22264.1结合使用。
GB/T 22264的本部分规定了安装式数字显示的相位表和功率因数表的术语，产品分类，分级和符合性，技术要求，包装、贮存与运输，信息、通用标志和符号，接线端的标志和符号，检验规则。
本部分适用于安装式数字显示的相位表和功率因数表，也适用于具有模拟/数字双显示的频率表的数字显示部分。
本部分不适用于：
――只具有直接作用模拟指示的相位表和功率因数表。
――便携式数字显示相位表和功率因数表。
――另有国家标准（或行业标准）的特殊用途仪表。

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 22264 specifies the terms, categorization, classification and conformity of product, technical requirements, packaging, storage and transportation, information, conventional marks and symbols, marks and symbols at terminal and inspection rules of mounted digital display phase meters and power factor meters.

This part is applicable to mounted digital display phase meters and power factor meters, and also applicable to the digital display part of dual analog-digital display phase meters and power factor meters.

This part is not applicable to:

——phase meters and power factor meters only provided with direct acting indicating analogue.

——portable digital display phase meters and power factor meters.

——the instruments for special purpose specified in national standard (or professional standard).

phase meter

the instrument for measuring phase angle between electric quantities with the same frequency

power factor meter

the instrument for measuring the ratio of active power to apparent power in the circuit
