《GB/T 22270.1-2008工业自动化系统与集成 测试应用的服务接口 第1部分：概述》由TC159（全国自动化系统与集成标准化技术委员会）归口，TC159SC5（全国自动化系统与集成标准化技术委员会体系结构、通信和集成框架分会）执行，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
GB/T 22270（ISO 20242）《工业自动化系统与集成 测试应用的服务接口》由6个部分组成,本部分是GB/T 22270的第1部分。本标准的本部分对工业自动化系统与集成测试应用的服务接口及其辅助测试环境的应用进行了概述。为促进自动化和测量装置及其外围组件与计算机应用的集成，应国际汽车业及其厂商的需求，特制定GB/T 22270。本标准定义了在自动化／测量应用环境下设备驱动的创建规则及其运行状态。
制定ＧＢ／Ｔ２２２７０的主要目的是为使用户：
―――不受电脑操作系统的局限；
―――不受设备连接技术（设备接口／网络）的局限；
―――不受设备供应商的局限；
―――在给定计算机平台下，能够验证所连接设备的设备驱动，并确认该设备驱动的运行情况；
―――不受未来技术设备发展的限制。
