为促进我国无规定动物疫病区建设与国际标准接轨，根据ＯＩＥ《法典》及我国关于无规定动物疫病区建设的一
系列规定，我们制定了本标准及一系列无疫区标准。ＧＢ／Ｔ２２３３０《无规定动物疫病区标准》目前分为１４个部分，本部分为ＧＢ／Ｔ２２３３０的第１部分。ＧＢ／Ｔ２２３３０的本部分规定了建立无规定动物疫病区的一般性原则，并规定了ＧＢ／Ｔ２２３３０其他部分所使用的缩略语、定义。本部分适用于ＧＢ／Ｔ２２３３０各部分的执行和解释。
Scope
This part of GB/T 22330 stipulates the general principles for establishing animal disease-free areas, and specifies the abbreviations and definitions used in other parts of GB/T 22330. This section applies to the implementation and interpretation of various parts of GB/T 22330.
