《GB/T 22343-2008石油工业用天然气内燃发电机组》由TC96(全国石油钻采设备和工具标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了石油工业用天然气发电机组(以下简称机组)的要求、试验、检验规则、标志与包装及贮运要求等。
本标准适用于3kW~3150kW、额定频率为50Hz、以天然气为燃料的往复式内燃发动机、交流发电机、控制装置和辅助设备组成的发电机组。
以其他可燃气体为燃料的发电机组或频率为60Hz的机组可参照执行。
1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test, inspection rules, marking, packing, transportation and storage requirements of natural gas generating set (hereinafter referred to as "set") for the petroleum industry.
This standard is applicable to the generating set composed of 3~3150kW reciprocating internal combustion engine with rated frequency of 50Hz and natural gas as fuel, AC generator, control device and auxiliary equipment.
The generating set with other combustible gas as fuel or set with frequency of 60Hz may implement by reference.

3 Requirements
3.1 General Provisions
3.1.1 The general assembly of set shall meet the requirements of JB/T 7606.
3.1.2 The quality requirements of natural gas are as follows:
a) The low calorific value shall not be lower than 27MJ/m3;
b) The methane content shall not be lower than 76% (volume fraction);
