GB/T 22467的本部分规定了各类防伪的通用技术要求、包括术语和定义，分类，要求，试验、核查和评定方法，检验、抽样，标志、包装、运输和贮存，环保卫生要求。
本部分适用于防伪纸，包括：纤维防伪纸、水印防伪纸、安全线防伪纸、防涂改纸、复写防伪纸、全息防伪纸和其他防伪纸。
本部分也适用指导各类防伪纸产品标准的编写。
Scope
This part of GB/T 22467 specifies the general technical requirements for various types of anti-counterfeiting paper, including terms and definitions, classification, requirements, testing, verification and assessment methods, inspection, sampling, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, and environmental hygiene requirements. This section applies to security paper, including: fiber security paper, watermark security paper, security thread security paper, anti-alteration paper, carbon copy security paper, holographic security paper and other security paper. This part is also applicable to guide the compilation of various anti-counterfeiting paper product standards.
