《GB/T 22561-2008真空热处理》由TC75(全国热处理标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准修改采用SAE AMS 2769A:2004《零件的真空热处理》(英文版),本标准根据SAE AMS 2769A:2004重新起草。
本标准规定了金属材料在真空状态下热处理的设备、工艺材料、热处理工艺及技术要求、品质控制及检验、能源消耗、安全卫生及要求等。
本标准适用于结构钢、工具钢、模具钢、不锈钢、耐热钢、钛合金、高温合金、难熔金属合金、精密合金等金属材料的真空热处理、包括真空加热淬火、真空回火、真空退火、真空固溶处理、真空时效等工艺。
本标准不适用于真空渗碳或真空渗氮等工艺。
本标准与SAE AMS 2769A:2004相比,存在如下技术性差异:
――本标准的标准名称、规范性引用文件、工艺分类及代号和常用材料牌号与SAE AMS 2769A:2004不同;
――本标准修改SAE AMS 2769A:2004中的非标准计量单位为标准计量单位;
――本标准删减了SAE AMS 2769A:2004中的第8章内容,用“术语和定义”替代部分内容;
――本标准增加了真空热处理工艺内容;
――本标准增加了安全卫生、环保及能源消耗要求。


Scope

This standard specifies the equipment, process materials, heat treatment process and technical requirements, quality control and inspection, energy consumption, safety and sanitation and requirements for metal materials heat treatment in a vacuum state. This standard applies to vacuum heat treatment of structural steel, tool steel, abrasive steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, titanium alloy, superalloy, refractory metal alloy, precision alloy and other metal materials, including vacuum heating and quenching, vacuum tempering, vacuum Annealing, vacuum solution treatment, vacuum aging and other processes. This standard does not apply to processes such as vacuum carburizing or vacuum nitriding.
