《GB/T 22582-2008电力电容器 低压功率因数补偿装置》由TC45(全国电力电容器标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准代替JB/T 7113-1993《低压并联电容器装置》。
本标准适用于交流频率50Hz、额定电压1kV及以下补偿调整电网功率因数的低压无功补偿装置,该装置内部装有开关电器和相关控制设备以实现电容器与主电源回路的接入或切除,从而调整其功率因数。
本标准规定了低压无功补偿装置的术语和定义、标志、设计、安装与运行、安全、试验方法及运输等。


Scope

This standard is applicable to the low-voltage reactive power compensation device that compensates and adjusts the power factor of the power grid with an AC frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage of 1kV or below. The device is equipped with switching devices and related control equipment to realize the connection or removal of the capacitor and the main power circuit, so that Adjust its power factor. This standard specifies the terms and definitions, signs, design, installation and operation, safety, test methods and transportation of low-voltage reactive power compensation devices. Unless otherwise specified, the low-voltage reactive power compensation device shall meet the requirements of GB 7251.1 and GB 7251.3 below or when used.
