本标准规定了在微波频率下利用双谐振器法测试超导体表面电阻的方法。测试目标是在谐振频率下Rs随温度的变化。
本标准适用于表面电阻的测试范围如下:
―――频率:8GHz<f<30GHz
―――测试分辨率:0.01mΩ(f=10GHz)


Scope

This standard specifies the method for testing the surface resistance of superconductors using the double resonator method at microwave frequencies. The test objective is the variation of Rs with temperature at the resonant frequency. This standard applies to the test range of surface resistance as follows: ——Frequency: 8GHzs∝f2 is equivalent to the value of 10GHz.
