《GB/T 8364-2008热双金属热弯曲试验方法》由TC183(全国钢标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本标准代替GB/T 8364-2003《热双金属比弯曲试验方法》、GB/T 5987-1986《热双金属温曲率试验方法》和GB/T 5985-2003《热双金属弯曲常数测量方法》。
本标准规定了测量热双金属比弯曲、温曲率、弯曲常数的基本原理、测量装置、试样的制备与要求、试验程序和结果计算、试验报告和精度与误差等。本标准包括双金属比弯曲、温曲率和弯曲常数的试验方法。
本标准与上述的标准相比主要变化如下:
―――将GB/T8364―2003、GB/T5987―1986和GB/T5985―2003三个标准合并为一个标准,并将标准名称改为“热双金属热弯曲试验方法”;
―――适用范围由“热双金属温曲率试验方法适用于测量厚度大于或等于0.3mm直条形热双金属和厚度小于0.30mm的螺旋形热双金属的温曲率”,改为“热双金属温曲率试验方法适用于测定厚度为0.3mm~1.25mm直条形热双金属和厚度小于0.3mm的螺旋形热双金属的温曲率”;
―――删除规范性引用文件中GB/T 2900.4;
―――删除4.4.8中的“注”;
―――删除“热双金属”定义;
―――将原三个试验方法中相同的条款“温度测量装置”、“浴槽”、“量具”、“试样的制备与要求”、“试验报告”统一表述;
―――更正附录E中ΣY值,其他计算结果作相应的更正;
―――统一本标准中所有有效位数。


Scope

This standard specifies the basic principles, measuring devices, sample preparation and requirements, test procedures and result calculations, test reports, accuracy and error, etc. for measuring thermal bimetal specific bending, temperature curvature and bending constant. This standard includes test methods for specific bending, temperature curvature, and bending constant of bimetals. The thermal bimetal specific bending test method is applicable to the measurement of the specific bending performance of thermal bimetal strips with a thickness of 0.60 mm to 1.25 mm and a temperature of 20 ° C to 130 ° C. The thermal curvature test method for thermal bimetals is suitable for measuring the thermal curvature of straight thermal bimetals with a thickness of 0.30 mm to 1.25 mm and spiral thermal bimetals with a thickness of less than 0.30 mm. The thermal bimetallic bending constant test method is suitable for measuring the bending constant of thermal bimetallic flat strip specimens with a thickness of 0.25mm to 1.20mm and a temperature range of ~100°C.
