本标准适用于快速冻结食品的平板式速冻装置，包括配置和不配置制冷压缩机组的平板式速冻装置。

Scope

This standard specifies the relevant terms and definitions, product classification, production environment and production technology, quality requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of flat-plate quick-freezing devices. This standard is applicable to flat-plate quick-freezing devices for quick-freezing food (hereinafter referred to as devices), including flat-plate quick-freezing devices with and without refrigeration compressor units.
