本标准规定了酒鬼酒的术语和定义、地理标志产品保护范围、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输与贮存。
本标准适用于国家质量监督检验检疫行政主管部门根据《地理标志产品保护规定》批准保护的地理标志产品酒鬼酒的生产、流通和质量管理。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of Jiugui Liquor, the protection scope of geographical indication products, product classification, production environment and production technology, quality requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation, and storage. This standard applies to the production, circulation and quality management of Jiugui Liquor approved and protected by the national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
