《GB/T 23150-2008热水器用管状加热器》由TC46（全国家用电器标准化技术委员会）归口，TC46SC8（全国家用电器标准化技术委员会家用电器用主要零部件分会）执行，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了热水器用管状加热器的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输及储存。
本标准适用于家用和类似用途热水器用管状加热器。
本标准不适用于空调、洗衣机、洗碗机、微波炉、烤箱等用管状加热器。

Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, packaging, transportation and storage of tubular heaters for water heaters (hereinafter referred to as electric heating tubes). This standard applies to tubular heaters for domestic and similar water heaters. This standard does not apply to tubular heaters for air conditioners, washing machines, dishwashers, microwave ovens, ovens, etc.
