Scope

This standard specifies the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (abbreviated as PAH, see Table 1 for specific names) in vegetable oil. This standard applies to the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in vegetable oil. The method detection limit of this standard: 1μg/kg.
