筛选方法、正相高效液相色谱(正相HPLC)检测方法和液相色谱?串联质谱(LC?MS/MS)检测方法。
本标准适用于各类纺织产品。


1 Scope

This standard specifies the screening method through reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RHPLC), the determination method through normal phase high performance liquid chromatography (N-HPLC) and liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrum (LC-MS/MS) all regarding alkylphenol polyoxyethylene (APnEO, n=2~16 ) in textiles.
This standard is applicable to various textile products.
Note: The general formula for molecular structure of APnEO is: R-C6H4-(OC2H4)nOH. The “APnEO” in this standard refers to common octaphenyl polyoxyethylene ether [OPnEO, C8H17-C6H4-(OC2H4)nOH] and nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether [NPnEO, C9H19-C6H4-(OC2H4)nOH].

2 Principle

Extract APnEO in sample through Soxhlet extraction method with methyl alcohol serving as the extraction solvent, and after having concentrated and purified the extracting solution, determine such extracting solution with high-performance liquid chromatograph equipped with fluorescence detector or through liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrum, then quantify with external standard method.
